I love the dog movies because they are so cute but they dog's journey back home just seemed a bit stretched out. It took forever just for the dog to find it's way back. The CGI for the moutain lion wasn't that great either. I feel like some of the journey could have been cut out. It was nothing like the trailer though. I thought the dog ran away chasing the squirrel causing her to get lost. She didn't run way at all. They had to send her away because they weren't allowed to walk her with out Animal Control taking her. Personally I thought it would have been better if she had accidentlly got lost chasing the squirrel. The dog didn't even look like a pitbull and she wasn't that big. I do like that she made people in the hospital feel better. They were all laughing and having fun with her. They would tease the one doctor and the one guy would take her for a ride in his wheel chair. Those were my favorite scenes besides the ones where people would try to take care of her on her way back to Colorado. I really liked the two men who helped her who were trying to take care two dogs at once because the owner of the one dog abandoned it refusing to take the dog back especially after the dog helped save his life. That house visit was the worst scene in the movie. I felt so bad for the dog but then it got a better family which made me happy. The had a reall nice house too.
