In 1960, seven pre-teen outcasts fight an evil demon who poses as a child-killing clown. Thirty years later, they reunite to stop the demon once and for all when it returns to their hometown.

It was lame but it did freak me out. I didn't think it  would if it was done in the 90's. I get the kids wanted to go back and get rid of Pennywise for good but I never would have gone back. Though it didn't look like it was safe outside of Derry for them either. The one man was killed in his bath tub with the word "It" on the wall. Also if there was something that was bugging them why didn't they tell their parents? Or leave town? I also get that it was a promise they made but I would be one to break it. I would never go back to something that scared me that much. I didn't think something so old could give me nightmares. The trailer for the new one freaks me out. Although the whole thing where he is a giant spider confuses me. I'm very tempted to see the new one but I'm also very terrified  and not sure I could handle it. Poor little Georgie did not deserve to die either. Also how were there no adults watching the kids especially if their town has a specific curfew for a reason. I feel like 7p.m is too early a curfew to not be suspicious of what's going on in the neighborhood. People see flyers of missing kids or dead kids and no one has any care in the world of what's happening except a group of kids? That's a bit much. Kids are being bullied and not one adult did anything about  it. They just turned and walked away. I would hate to see an adult do that especially in a situation like this. Also I'd never be dumb enough to go into a dark sewer even with friends. I feel that's just saying "KILL ME" to the beast. You are now his dinner. It may be cheesy but it freaked me out. I would have been a lot more scared if I had been alive when it came out and saw it then.
