Imaginative quiet teenager Rafe Katchadorian is tired of his middle school's obsession with the rules at the expense of any and all creativity. Desperate to shake things up, Rafe and his best friends have come up with a plan: break every single rule in the school and let the students run wild.

This movie is good for middle schoolers. I did think it was a little bit of Kirby Buckets mixed with Lizzie McGuire. The cartoon stuff I thought was stupid but I kind of liked everything else. I hated the principal. No one in real life hates imagination. People like when people are creative and imaginative. It's why we have artists and sculptures and movies. I'm not really big on rule breaking but I loved the pranks. My favorites were the trophy case fish tank, the rainbow tye dye sprinkler, and the post it notes. Mostly the fish tank. Honestly I kind of would have left it there. It actually looked kind of good. Also if you really wanted the trophies moved, you could just fish them out and leave the fish tank. I'm really surprised on how Rafe isn't broke for buying all that stuff. The post its, the paint, the fish. Also how did Bear not know they were using his card? Shouldn't he have gotten a call from the bank about weird purchases being made with his card? Also how was Georgia not puled over and arrested for driving without a license or permit? She should have been caught. I also really disliked Bear. He was so mean and was all about himself. He didn't care about the mom or the kids. He was super rude to them. No one should be treated they way he treated them. Also how did they not figure out who did the pranks when the first prank had his name written on the wall? Rules Aren't For Everyone. The first letter spells out his name. Also I think it was super mean for the principal to destroy Rafe's notebook. That was kind of over the line.
