I enjoyed this movie.  I truly like the story of Romeo and Juliet.  As we all know the Montagues and Capulets have a rivalry with each other.  In the beginning Tybalt and Mercutio fight for the royal ring.  Tybalt doesn't win and later starts a sword fight in a public place.  Paris wants to marry Juliet and so the Capulets throw a party so she can get to know him.  As soon as she walks in to the party she makes eye contact with Romeo.  They walk towards each other but then Paris meets her and dances with her.  Later Romeo cuts in and dances with her.  Tybalt finds out that Romeo is there and he wants to try and kill him.  Juliet takes Romeo to a private place and they start kissing.  Later they both find out that the other is a child of their rival, but neither of them care.  They decide that they will secretly marry because they love each other so much.  Juliet's nurse tells Romeo that Tybalt has gone on a mad outrage and is looking for him.  When Romeo reaches where his friends and cousins were he tries to stop them from fighting with the Capulets.  Stupidly not one person listens to him and they all fight.  In the fight Tybalt kills Mercutio and Romeo was so upset that he killed Tybalt.  He was then sentenced to exile and had to go to Mantua.  Juliet doesn't want to marry Paris so she drinks a sleeping potion and pretends she is dead.  When Romeo gets the news he goes back to Verona to see her.  When he gets there he has to fight Paris to get into the church to see Juliet.  Romeo kills Paris and enters the church.  He walks over to her and mourns even though she is not dead.  He then drinks the poison when she starts to wake up.  They kiss and then he dies in her arms.  For real.  She mourns for him for a little bit and then she grabs his sword and kills herself.  This time she is real dead.  During the funeral for both Romeo and Juliet the Prince told that if the families didn't have a feud this would have never happened so the families no longer have a feud with each other.  At the church Romeo's cousin takes Romeo and Juliet's hand and puts them together.

I liked when the grounds keeper walked in and didn't care about Paris' death. I truly like Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes version way better.
