This movie was really good. People should know about this kind of stuff so it doesn't happen to others. I was surprised the victims were willing to talk about it. It doesn't sound like something someone would talk about. I did find it really weird that one of the molesters openly admitted to doing it and didn't seem ashamed of it. That made no sense to me at all. I can't believe so many people let it go on for so long that there were so many victims. 249 priests were molesters. I liked Mark Ruffalo. I think he did a good job and I really liked how he was very determined to print this story. More than others were. I don't believe the court house people who guard files would take a bribe for someone who wants to see them. I feel like that would be illegal. What bugged me was that people said they sent this into the Globe before but they didn't print it. Why did it take so long? They had Spotlight so what were they waiting for? I do wonder though if all the priests were sent to jail after the story was printed. They couldn't have let them gotten away with that right? I think these people did a really good job researching their story and printing it.
