Steve Jobs takes us behind the scenes of the digital revolution, to paint a portrait of the man at its epicenter. The story unfolds backstage at three iconic product launches, ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac. His passion and ingenuity have been the driving force behind the digital age. However his drive to revolutionize technology was sacrificial. Ultimately it affected his family life and possibly his health. In this revealing film we explore the trials and triumphs of a modern day genius, the late CEO of Apple inc. Steven Paul Jobs. ![]() The movie was good but it shows how big of a jerk he really was. I can't believe he denied that he had a daughter and denied that he named a computer after her. I also can't believe he didn't acknowledge her until he quit Apple. How do you ignore your own kid? He didn't seem very nice to the employees either. Everyone in that building should have been acknowledged for they work they've done and he didn't do that. I liked Kate Winslet. She was good in this movie. Michael and Jeff really did look like their characters. I wonder if she ever forgave him after everything he did. Did he try to spend more time with Lisa after the unveiling of the iMac? I kind of want to know what happened after. I do find it weird that he co founded Apple and then he founded the Next computer that was the competing computer. It did get him back into Apple though. He knew what he was doing even if he was a jerk. He still made a lot of money. 4 stars
