Based on the New York Times bestseller, WONDER tells the incredibly inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman, a boy with facial differences who enters fifth grade, attending a mainstream elementary school for the first time.

This movie was very good but so sad. I dislike bullies and he was bullied just because his face didn't look normal. It was really mean for the one kid to lie about being his friend and then saying the mean stuff behind his back. The sister kind of annoyed me though. She lied about being an only child to the one friend she made in school. She was also upset that she didn't get mom time which felt a little selfish. He's being bullied in school and this is what she wants to complain about. I did like that she took him trick or treating though. She did somethings that were nice. What really got to me was that Julian's parents didn't do anything about the fact that their son was bullying Auggie and was more upset that Auggie was even allowed to go to school their. Saying their son has nightmares because of the boy's face. It makes me want to puch someone like that. He's not ugly just different. Everyone is different and it's really crappy how mean the world can be. I do like that they came around to be his friend though. Especially when it came to them fighting in the woods. The boys attacked another group of boys who were bullying Auggie. I thought that  was really awesome. I also liked that Jack stood up for Auggie when Julian made fun of him by the lockers. Not that that's ever ok because it's not but standing up for others is always better than doing nothing. Violence should never be used.
