Maleficent and her goddaughter Aurora begin to question the complex family ties that bind them as they are pulled in different directions by impending nuptials, unexpected allies, and dark new forces at play.

I loved this movie and now I totally get why she was super evil. Someone making up a story that wasn't true and attacking them without reason. She didn't even do anything to Phillip's Kingdom. All he and his dad wanted was to bring peace between the Moors and the humans. Also how did Maleficent's spindle end up in Phillip's kingdom in the first place? That made no sense. I also thought Maleficent was the last of her kind. Where did these other Dark Fae's come from? I really do love the mother daughter bond between Aurora and Maleficent. The fact that she saved Aurora from the arrow knowing what it would do to her. It made me wanna cry because that was so sweet. Also Angelina really does make the perfect Maleficent. Also the chemistry between her and Elle really make the movie. It must be really fun playing a Disney character. I would definitely watch this multiple times. I kind of want to see what they can do with Hades from Hercules with a movie like this or maybe even Hook or Ursula. I think they would be just as cool and just as good as this one.
