Sometimes in the very midst of chaos you discover the absolute beauty of mankind.
What started off as a wonderful screening turned ugly fast. I'm not going to discuss the ugly side. There is no need. I do want to publicly acknowledge a few people. First, the representatives from Allied that went out of their way to try to fix an already bad situation: Gary, Kayla and Abby. You may not have "fixed" the situation or made everyone happy, but you did your best and you didn't stoop to rudeness. You remained friendly and apologetic the entire time. Not many people would've continued to hold their head high and keep trying in the middle of hell breaking loose and being screamed at. I appreciate you all. Second, Matt from Allied - you were my personal hero of the evening. You legitimately rescued me from the crowd when I ventured out for popcorn and helped me as I was getting pushed and screamed at. You are far braver than I am and I'm beyond glad of your calm way of handling a terrifying situation. Finally, Paul Perkins the film critic from King Room Entertainment. You looked after Maymay and made sure she was treated fairly and not shoved aside. You're a hell of a good guy, and I cannot thank you enough.

The geek in me is BEYOND excited for this screening tonight. I'm just crossing my fingers that I'm not going to be disappointed.
UPDATE:
I loved this movie. Don't get me wrong there are parts of it that were annoying, but overall, I truly loved it. However, I was NOT a fan of the entire planet Krypton scenes. It felt far to Avatar with the flying animals, and all the animal-like spacecraft. Throughout the movie the amount of obvious CGI drove me crazy, and the lens flare was enough to make me want to scream. LOUDLY. The whole reboot of the story wasn't exactly my favorite, and it really annoyed me that Lois Lane knew him before he went to work at the Daily Planet.
All that being said....it was action packed, fun, and an enjoyable Superman movie.
